I cannot recommend this company any less.  It has been an absolute nightmare. You do all the work, and they get paid. This applies to their accounting and business partners divisions as well. Honestly, I could not have done it worse if I did it myself, blindfolded after a bottle of Brandy. Absolutely useless. Unless you pay exorbitant fees, they only do the BARE MINIMUM. They use their own email address and contact details when registering your company, which then gets copied onto your efiling profile. When you call SARS and they attempt to authorize you for security, you end up not knowing any of the registration information of your own company, so they don't authorize you.

They also did not input the company address correctly and now my company is non-compliant. The only way to fix it is an in-branch visit to SARS. If I wanted to visit SARS in person, I wouldn't have paid Company Partners over R1000 to do it.

I also suspect that they are not registered Tax Practitioners, as they asked me for CIPC login details when initially registering the company. If they were registered, they would have had their own login details and wouldn't have requested mine.

Don't be lazy like I was and just do it yourself on CIPC, it's actually not that complicated. Just ask AI for instructions and save yourself a fortune. These people are snake oil salesmen.
